We have read / understood through under signed RK FINTECH officers all the details mentioned in the loan application of RK FINTECH As advised by RK FINTECH. We agree to pay the loan installments regulatly in due time.

We are ocare that loan received from RK FINTECH for any reason/issue cannot be dismissed by government contribution or order and we are aware that RK FINTECH does not take responsibility for any person or public issues that occur affer borrowing this loan.

We the members of this Group / Centre acknowledge and promise to follow joint liability throughout the tenure. If any member(s) fails to pay any due installment on the designated time, we the remaining members promise to repay their installment as part of Joint llability in due time without any dispute.

In case of default in payment of installments, dues data will be uploaded to highmark (Cibil Score) and other credit bureaus for both applicant and co-applicant eigther thorugh RK FINTECH.
